Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please allow a minimum of 24 business hours to process and ship your order depending on the payment options you picked. If an item is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by email.

Saturday pick-ups are subject to an additional $15.00 surcharge.

We ship via UPS, FEDEX and USPS.

• All deliveries must be made to a verifiable street address. 
• Please double check your shipping delivery address.  The customer is responsible for any misinformation they type into the order.
• Professional-tapesonline.com is not responsible for loss of stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
• If a package is refused a 25% restocking fee will be charged on the total of the merchandise.

Our shipping calculator does not cover all scenarios such as APO/FPO addresses and international shipments. If there are any issues concerning your shipment, we will notify you. If you have any concern or special needs (APO/FPO, discounts), please Contact Us.

At the current time, we ship to the continental U.S., Canada, UK, US Virgin Islands and Germany with Orders placed on our website.

Please be aware of the following:

SOME Postal services, particularly the less expensive ones, are less reliable. The less expensive options are not trackable.  It is difficult to guarantee delivery if you pick these options.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

No returns will be accepted without an "RMA" # (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Information Required to Request a Returns Authorization ("RMA"):

To request a Returns Authorization, you will need to provide the following information:

• Invoice Number
• Order Number
• Reason for Return
• Serial Number (if applicable)

Returns Shipping Information:

After the Returns Authorization is approved and you have obtained the Return Authorization number, please return the product with the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box to:

• Media returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the shipment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if not returned in the original or re-saleable condition.
• Defective items are eligible for Money Back. 
• Non defective items will be eligible for merchandise exchange. 
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Professional-Tapesonline.

Products Returned Without a Valid Returns Authorization:

Products not authorized for return are defined as "overgoods." These goods may be returned to you at your expense or Professional-Tapesonline may, in its sole discretion, issue a credit for the current price or the cost of goods less a 15 percent handling fee. Professional-Tapesonline will not be responsible for any loss or damage to overgoods.

Discontinued/Obsolete Products are not eligible for returns.

Once your return is received, it will be processed with 10 business days and your account credited within 15 business days of receiving the package.

If your purchase entitled you to free shipping and your returns drop the total below the threshold, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
